FRONT PATIO PROJECT - PHASE 21

TWO MORE 6AM START DAYS
EVEN WORKED TO NOON ONE OF THE DAYS - MY DR. FAILED TO SEE ANY HUMOR IN IT.

We are ready for the final thrust, the old concrete porch ....

Somebody wakes up to watch ...

it's Big Ben, one of our 2 latest additions to the Menagerie. He gets bored easily.

He watches for a few minutes ......

and then collapses.

We get all strung out - necessary to ensure the right slopes and levels.

We work our way up to the first post ...

and with several "do overs" make it to the second post.

Inside, "Sweat Pea", our other addition tours the house, very carefully.

Saturday morning, another 6 AM start - we now address the front door approach.

We made great progress first all the way across the patio ....

but now we slowly work up to the door.

Had to shovel sand into a storage area - now there's too much!

I don't quite finish when duty calls - back to real estate work.

Meantime, Sara is already equiping the patio at a couple garage sales!
