Yup, no stucco guy (truck broke - nudge,nudge, wink, wink!)

Meanwhile the brick cutting dept motors on with a tile cutter.

Hey, got a diamond blade with eyes on my fingers, don't ask me to pose!

Installing along the last row of bricks on the patio.

If anyone needs some brick pieces for a project, please call - they're free!

Cutting the very last brick .....

and the hole awaits ..........

My God, let's gold plate it ........

and in it goes!!!!!!!!!!1

Brick residue on me, the wall, the gravel, etc.

and water has to run into the saw nonstop to keep the blade cool.

You can see how high tech the needed tools are, including the fan!

Sara's sweeping the remaining sand into the spaces between the bricks.....

having made new pillows for her $40 pair of wicker rockers and $10 table from garage sales.

Going to be real nice in the Spring and Fall but not at the moment.

Looks inviting though.

Well, Lookey here, the stucco fairy came early next morning.

Now we are almost done - well, almost!

Just some railings and few brick to mortar on top.

A Happy Wife is A Happy Life!

The next morning at 6 AM the paint fairy gets up and voila! the posts look like the house.

Except for the brick lids, of course.

So after some indoor chores, it's time to hang the railings.

The first one is a bit tough .....

but the right one is a killer. And it is now 102 degrees!
Well, it looks done, we'll sneak out tonight, or later, and finish it.
