FRONT PATIO PROJECT - PHASE 9

Not supposed rain in May ....

Mom Nature took it to the max!

As we let the mud dry out, we scored a coup on an umbrella .....

replaces the small, cheap one that Sara even painted to keep it useable.

We can now enjoy our evening wine and snacks at the table - don't have to hide on the patio.

Folds up nicely for the night and unplanned wind.

Worked Real Estate through Memorial Day weekend and was blessed with 2 offers out to buy homes.
Today installed 6 low voltage lights in the front (3 along the garage wall)
And put in drip lines to 5 locations where Sara will likely add pots!.

Removed more gravel, and the 2nd railing from the front porch to move forward to the new posts.
We are waiting for the stucco person to come do the posts, 1.5 hours late as I write this. Maņana!
