* MONTHLY MEETING: The monthly HOA Board of Directors Meeting is at 6:30 PM on the 2nd Thursday of the month. It has been confirmed that meetings will be held in the San Tan Elementary School conference room.
* ANNUAL MEETING: The Annual HOA meeting was held March 16 at San Tan School. Unfortunately, we did not have enough attendees and/or proxy ballots to reach a quorum and validate the voting for the new Board members. Thus, the current Board Members will select individuals/volunteers to fill the 3 open seats on the Board. The next regular Board meeting will be on May 8. The location will be added to this page as soon as confirmed.
As announced by the Vision Management mailing of the Proxy Ballots, the Annual Meeting was changed to April 16 instead of the previously announced April 23 due to a San Tan Elementary School scheduling conflict. The light turn-out on the 16th suggests that many did not notice the date change announcement. Please be aware that some of your neighbors might still think the meeting is on the 23rd. Please let as many as possible know that is not the case. Thank you.
* TO PLACE AN AD: Send an email to DENIS. "ITEMS FOR SALE" will be deleted after 45 days and may be re-listed at your option.
* WHEN EMAILING ENTRIES: Please include your name and phone (or email) for responders to use. If you find your pet, sell your property, etc. please let us know by email so we can remove it from the site. Thank you.

* A resident's request:
I am a resident of San Tan Ranch and also an employee of the United States Postal Service. It would be a great service to all residents if it were posted that there are to be NO signs, banners, garage sale, lost, daycare, open house, or anything of that sort posted on a U S Mailbox. Our neighborhood looks disgraceful with all the current signs hanging from boxes. Unfortunately, due to people who don't care and a Gilbert mail carrier that does not do his/her job.
Please let the residents know that the post office has the right to charge them for every time their phone number is on an item hanging or taped to a mailbox.
